NCISS Hit-The-Hill Attendance Agreement Statement
a. All registered attendees, by act of participation in NCISS Hit-The-Hill, hereby understand and agree that I am a guest of National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS) for this event, which is sponsored by NCISS.
b. All registered attendees must be advised that by registering for this event you agree to being personally bound by the protocol set forth in attending the NCISS function as follows:
1. Registrants will only distribute literature and materials provided and approved by NCISS at this event. No Registrant shall distribute any other handouts or materials, including publications and newsletters. When business cards are requested or handed out, they should be personal business cards and not other association business cards. This is not a venue for the advertisement or marketing of any other business or association other than NCISS.
2. Registrants will follow the program for this event established by NCISS and remain with the designated group to which they are assigned if applicable) throughout the legislative day event;
3. Registrants will only discuss NCISS approved issues and will refrain from opposing NCISS legislative positions in verbal, written or printed form.

By registering for the Hit The Hill event you (the registrant) acknowledge that you have read and understand NCISS Hit-The-Hill Legislative Day Agreement as stated above and agree to abide by its protocol.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our required commitments for food, beverages and events our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations Before March 1, 2024 - Full Refund Cancellations Between March 1, 2024 and April 1, 2024 - 50% Refund
Cancellations After April 1, 2024 - No Refunds

Hit-The-Hill 2024

NCISS is preparing for the upcoming Hit-The-Hill with many opportunities for our professionals to meet one another, focus on our common goals as we speak with legislators and network to renew old friendships and establish new ones.

Consider joining the group in a unique opportunity to explore the best that the United States capital has to offer. We will be organizing an after-dark private sightseeing mini-bus tour (limited to the first 25 people). We will spend three hours together passing by and stopping at all the top sites. We will learn about the history of Washington D.C. Pick-up and return is at Capitol Hill Hotel at 6:30 p.m.

NCISS members are encouraged to attend the mid-term meeting held at Capitol Hill Hotel located at 200 C Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

(Board meeting and catered lunch or lunch onsite- on your own beverage service or beverages available on site)

4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. - LobbyIt Presentation - all registered members will receive materials on legislative priorities to be used the following day for legislative meetings (meetings should be scheduled 30 days in advance).

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Dinner 

Tuesday, May 7, 2024
NCISS registered members will meet with legislators.
Lunch will be off-site from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Capitol Hill Club
