Join us for a webinar addressing common tax issues faced by small businesses. We’ll hear about maximizing some common (and maybe not so common) deductions, options for increasing tax savings while benefiting your business, structuring your business to optimize your tax position today and with an eye to future expansion, and how to deal with (and avoid) errors, penalties, back taxes, and other run-ins with the IRS.

Our presenter is Dominick Schirripa, an expert tax attorney with over 15 years of experience working across a variety of businesses and roles to help individuals and businesses achieve tax savings and efficiencies. He started his tax career as an attorney-advisor with Judge Carolyn P. Chiechi at the U.S. Tax Court. His experience includes working as a business taxation associate with a large law firm, writing and editing tax content and analysis for a major tax research platform, and working on tax policy issues and knowledge management with another large firm. Dominick is a graduate of Cornell University (A.B.), Cardozo School of Law (J.D.), and NYU School of Law (LL.M. in Taxation), Dominick lives and works in the Washington, D.C., metro area.

This event is FREE for NCISS members and $30 for non-members.
