The Wayne J. Wunder Memorial Award is given annually in memory of the late Wayne J. Wunder, security pioneer and founder of Continental Secret Service in Toledo, Ohio. Wayne Wunder also served as President of NCISS from 1984-1985. The award recognizes members who have made exceptional contributions to NCISS and distinguished service to the broader investigative and security profession.

Kelly Riddle
The 2025 Wayne J. Wunder Memorial Award was presented to Kelly Riddle of San Antonio, Texas. Kelly is the President of Kelmar Global Investigations and has more than 42 years of investigative experience. He is also the President of the PI Institute of Education, former Treasurer of NCISS, and former President of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI). He has been designated an expert in surveillance, insurance investigations, nursing home abuse, and computer investigations. He was also named one of America's Top PIs of 2022 by PI Magazine.
