S. Jennifer Sellas-Mannino is a co-founder and President of
RISC. Servicing a number of business sectors, Jennifer’s
specialization is in domestic and international intelligence
gathering. She manages and conducts full cycle investigations in
support of commercial lending institutions, alternative
investment firms and law groups. Jennifer’s research experience
spans over thirteen years, the last seven years of which she
focused on matters concerning litigation support, including
identifying PRPs and examining expert witnesses, inspecting
international acquiree executive management teams in M&A
transactions, researching assets and locating witnesses,
identifying conflicts of interest and vetting contestants of
proxy fights, and investigating senior executives and lateral
attorneys as part of the pre-hire screening process.
Jennifer currently serves as the Chairperson for AzALL's Legal
Research Institute. She actively speaks before legal
organizations and alternative investment communities on the
methodologies and analyses of background investigations.
Jennifer received her BA from Fordham University and her MBA
with a specialization in Global Management from the University
of Phoenix.
